It is a game where kids operate a pulley system to lift objects, mimicking an elevator
Older game
Divide the children into groups of 2–3. Begin with a story, such as engineers building an elevator for a tall building to help people and goods move up and down more easily. Provide each group with cardboard wheels ,bottlecap, strings, and small containers like paper cups to act as the elevator cabin. Their challenge is to design a pulley elevator that can lift small objects—like pebbles, erasers, or toy figures—from the ground to the top. Encourage them to fix the pulley wheel at a higher point, thread the string, and attach the container securely. If they face difficulty, give hints such as: What happens if you pull the string down quickly or slowly? How does tying the string tightly help? Can the elevator move both up and down smoothly? Once built, allow the children to test their pulley elevators by lifting and lowering objects, experimenting with speed and control. This way, they explore mechanics, balance, and problem-solving in a playful way.
