Make a structure without using tapes or staplers that can hold a certain weight.

Make a tower that can handle the weight of a packet of pebbles.
You can use estimation with measuring tapes for the height of the tower.
Questions to be asked
Other than folding the paper, what can be done to create a tower or a stable structure?
Why is the tower not stable when using only one paper as the base?
What happens when you add less paper structure at the bottom and more on the top and vice versa?
What happens if the load you are adding to the structure is not center-aligned?
Can rolling more papers in a bunch make the structure stronger?
